A Simple Guide to Your Company's Performance

Does it feel like all you do is spend time trying to stay on top of your monthly costs and have no idea where all the money was spent or maybe you want to try and grow the business; but have no idea how to map it out. A Cash Flow Forecast will let you know how your business is performing and provide you with an in-depth, visual reference to use as you need.

By establishing a Cash Flow sheet you can estimate the amount of money (income) coming in and payments going out, so you can plan accordingly. The goal is to always have enough inbound income to cover your monthly outbound expenses. If you project your sales income (how much you expect to make) and establish a budget for expenses, it will help you stay on track. The best part is that you can reference this as often as you like (its usually done over a 12 month period, but can also be used for a shorter period) and customize it for your business.
